I used to go a notorious college for partying and tailgating. I lived that same lifestyle of just drinking, smoking bud and constantly partying. Eventually stopped going to class, just working so I could work a dead end job to party at night/go to the bars. I continued living that way for longer than I would like to admit. It was destroying me, relationships in my life, my mental health, physical health, financial well being, lost many girlfriends cause of it, wasting money, every time i've been arrested guess what...I was drunk, debilitating hangovers(especially after 30) and not to mention it's not a good look really. I was becoming that old guy who still tried to party like a 20 year old not an attractive look. Not to mention the longer you continue to drink as you get older the harder it becomes to stop. Thankfully, I finally did realize alcohol wasn't worth it. What's the point of wasting all my money to literally poison myself for maybe a couple of hours of fun I won't remember so I can spend the next 2 days feeling like death...nah I'm good. Wish I had been smart and mature enough to have realized all that at his age and had stopped when I was younger. However, things are looking up and getting my life back on track slowly but surely.
